Good location - close to the center, within walking distance. Easy off-street parking available.
Disorganized check-in process. The person who checked us in seemed to have been drinking as we could smell alcohol on his breath.

our recent stay at a guest house in loughborough was great, but regency house was even better! the comfortable room, access to a kitchen and common areas, and convenient location exceeded our expectations. it was a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with the Great Central Railway just a short 10, minute walk away. the room is spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. the bathroom is clean and well, maintained, with a good, easy, to, use shower. the off, street parking is a convenient feature.
The shared kitchen facilities can sometimes be a hassle, as not all users are respectful of cleanliness. It can be frustrating to find the kitchen sink blocked in the morning and deal with old food in the fridge.

Clean hallway, a small bedroom with ensuite, large comfy bed, ideal location for Great Central Railway. 10-minute walk, decent-sized shower cubicle, access to kitchen and dining room cum sitting room, free car parking, gracious proprietor. Bathroom is manageable, lounge area provided.
